Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 7 Processing business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. [Standard Shipping Cost / Free Shipping Threshold]. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are provided at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.

Order tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.

Address accuracy. You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@bigsavebazaar.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
